Key Accountabilities

• Manage Walmart account relationship to deliver long-term sustainable growth and profit generation by growing client and in turn Hilton Foods Canada annual volumes, from existing/new products within existing/new categories. Supporting end to end cost optimization and value creation through range and tail management and 3rd party sales.
• Manage the interface with the senior Walmart commercial, innovation and supply chain teams to create and maintain an enduring relationship to ensure the positive development of the categories in scope.
• Develop and implement long-term strategic plans in collaboration with Walmart to deliver volume growth and optimise Walmart market share performance.
