About the Role

This is not a maintenance role. This is a revenue leadership role.

We are seeking a commercially driven Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the total revenue performance of Stamford Plaza Brisbane across Rooms, Corporate, Groups, Conference & Events and F&B.

You will own the sales strategy, drive conversion discipline, negotiate high-value contracts and ensure the hotel meets or exceeds its annual revenue targets.

This is a hands-on leadership position requiring strong commercial instinct, market awareness and the ability to turn pipeline into confirmed business.
