The Massachusetts Department of Mental Health (DMH) is seeking a dynamic professional to serve as the Director of Safety & Security for the Southeast Area. The selected candidate is critical to advising administration of security/safety vulnerabilities and procedures. The position is responsible for the development and oversight of a comprehensive safety and security management plan that provides and promotes a safe and secure environment for all DMH patients, employees, and visitors. As a key leader, the Director is responsible for ensuring we are promoting and sustaining a healthy, respectful, and inclusive work environment.
