**Director of Rehabilitation / DOR**

**Job Type: Full-time**

**Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday**

**Setting: Rehabilitation Center, Continuing Care Retirement Community**

**Location: Liberty Village of Peoria - Peoria, IL**

**Pay: state range up to $110,000 per year (based on experience/location)**
