AWS is seeking a Director of Professional Services (ProServe) for our U.S. Financial Services and Insurance (FSI) customers. In this role, you will implement a strategy that drives long-term, transformational impact for our FSI customers and partners. You will be responsible for leading a team of sellers focused on our FSI accounts.

Your customers represent several sub-industries including, Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance, and Fin-Tech. You will be accountable for the ProServe FSI P&L and will collaborate with the sales team leaders to shape and close large enterprise commitments for customers across AWS.

As Director of Professional Services for U.S. FSI you will grow the revenue through innovation, including the use of generative and agentic Artificial Intelligence technologies, and collaboration with our partners.
