Director of Play - Caribbean

Location: The Bahamas (Relocation Required)

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 USD (Negotiable) + Comprehensive Expatriate Package

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Director of Play to lead and elevate a global portfolio of children's enrichment, adventure, camp, and family experience programs across multiple international destinations in The Bahamas.

This senior leadership role will oversee play operations, program development, safeguarding, training, and quality standards while supporting the growth of new locations worldwide. The successful candidate will help shape exceptional experiences for children and families while building and developing high-performing teams across a growing international business.
