The incumbent will provide leadership and management for the main areas of technical activity that are essential to achieving the institution's mandate. He or she will be responsible for implementing the broad strategic vision and guidelines set out by the governing bodies and the Director General, as well as defining and ensuring effective attainment of the goals and objectives relevant to the fulfilment of this mandate.
