Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Director of Operations in the Charlotte/Greensboro/Burlington, NC market to lead field operations across overhead and underground electric distribution projects. This role is heavily focused on utility distribution infrastructure, including coordination with utility providers, contractors, and external crews supporting power delivery systems.
This is not a facilities-based role. The Director will oversee work happening outside of buildings, including pole line work, underground distribution, and utility-facing construction activities.
The Director will have full ownership of regional operations, including P&L, safety, execution, and client delivery. They will lead multiple Operations Managers and field teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and in alignment with utility standards.
