As we expand internationally, we are building a back-office operations team in Bogotá, Colombia to support our growing business. We are seeking a Director of Operations to lead the development, hiring, and management of this new office.

This role is idóneo for someone who has experience creating operational structure, hiring teams, and implementing processes from the ground up.
