+ Leading all aspects of nursing talent in the facility

+ Development and implementation of nursing policy and procedures - nothing cookie cutter

+ Responsible for developing the clinical team by hiring and retaining only those committed to a winning culture and outcome

+ Responsible to ensure the nursing staff has the tools and resources needed to provide an exceptional experience for those we care for daily

+ Ensure ongoing training is conducted as required and as needed to deliver excellence in all we do
