Robert Half HR Solutions is currently partnering with a growing company in the Metro Atlanta area that is looking to add a strategic and experienced Director of Labor Relation sto their team. The Director of Labor Relations will lead and oversee all aspects of labor relations across a complex, multi-state U.S. and Canadian workforce. This individual will serve as a key advisor to senior leadership, driving labor strategy, guiding union-related initiatives, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop and execute a comprehensive labor relations strategy that supports business objectives and mitigates risk
+ Lead union-related initiatives, including organizing campaigns, avoidance strategies, and response planning
+ Serve as lead negotiator or provide strategic direction during collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) and labor negotiations
