What a GREAT opportunity at a terrific hotel! We are looking for a strong, people-focused, dynamic HR Leader as the Human Resources Director for the Westin Tampa Bay. The Human Resources Director (HRD) is responsible for ensuring the efficient administration and management of all human resources/people operations functions. The Human Resources Director serves on the Executive Committee and must be highly visible to employees throughout the hotel. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
