Job Description

Job Responsibilities (Director of Food & Beverage)

  • Oversee all Food & Beverage operations and ensure alignment with Andaz brand standards.
  • Drive financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, cost control and revenue strategies.
  • Lead the development of annual business and marketing plans for all outlets and banquet operations.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations by maintaining updated departmental manuals and effective communication.
  • Monitor service quality on the floor, provide coaching, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Handle guest and internal customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain product quality by reviewing menus, monitoring offerings, and evaluating market trends.
  • Lead recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and team development for all F&B employees.
