Position Summary

The Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for the overall leadership, management, financial performance, and member experience of all food and beverage operations throughout the Club. This position serves as the senior leader of the food and beverage department and is responsible for creating a culture of hospitality excellence while ensuring exceptional service standards, fiscal responsibility, staff development, and member satisfaction. This position is in charge of the “Warm and Fuzzy” feeling our members have come to expect at Roaring Gap Club.

The Director of Food & Beverage serves as the primary liaison to the Food & Entertainment Committee and works collaboratively with Club leadership and department heads to continually enhance the Club's dining, social, and entertainment offerings.
