The Director of Finance (DOF) provides strategic leadership, direction, and oversight for all financial and fiscal management activities of One Arrow First Nation. Reporting to the Director of Operations and working closely with Chief and Council, departmental directors, and senior management, the DOF ensures sound financial stewardship, accountability, and sustainability across all programs and operations. The DOF is responsible for developing and implementing the financial strategy, policies, and systems that support One Arrow First Nation’s mission and long-term goals. This includes overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance functions, while advising senior leadership on financial performance, investment opportunities, and operational efficiency.
