Biomed Supervisor, Housekeeping Manager, Carpenter, Lead Carpenter, Lead Mech Electrician, Lead Mechanic, Mech II Groundskeeper, Mechanic II, Painter
Education:
Minimum: BS degree or an AS degree with a minimum of 5 years director experience
Preferred: MS Degree

License: NYS Driver’s license clear of violations per FLH Policy
Certifications: Preferred: CHFM highly desirable
Experience:
Minimum: 3 years of Healthcare Facilities Management experience. Familiarity with health care regulatory standards and applicable building codes. Proven positive leadership outcomes based on previous supervisory/management experience.
