Main Duties

1.确保工程部高效运行，为其他部门运行提供支持，维护所有操作，设备，楼宇，园林和后勤中心处于良好状态。

To Ensure the efficient and economic operation of the Engineering Department in support of all other operating Departments, supplying services as required to the entire operation, and maintaining equipment, building, grounds and Back of House in optimum condition.

2.作为凯悦技术服务团队的代表，需要检查酒店建设的项目，并有规划的向凯悦国际技术服务团队汇报酒店项目的进程。

Acts as a Hyatt International Technical Services (HITS) representative in reviewing on-site construction activities and informing HITS of the progress of these activities in a regular manner.

3.确保部门行政管理的顺畅运行及保持一个高效及时的档案系统，该系统应根据酒店的政策和程序对修缮、保养及能源管理提供完整的支持记录。

Make sure that all documents related to the operation of the department are being kept up to date and that all records are correctly maintained and filed, including the applicable code compliance certificates and local authority inspection reports for the property and its systems.
