Job Description

An industry leading multi-disciplinary team is looking for a Director of Electrical Engineering (Power) for their Detroit team!

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Facilities Power team (medium and highvoltage substation, transmission line, etc.)
  • Responsible for the growth and development of substation
    design/construction projects through the Midwest:

    • oRegional growth

    oForecast

    oStrategic initiatives

    oPerformance oversight

    oBusiness development strategy

  • Build/maintain relationships with top Power related clients in the Region
  • Collaborate with other company team leaders to grow and sustain an integrated practice
  • Maintain highest level of quality project performance, client management, and community involvement to ensure company reputation
  • Responsible for key performance indicators for Power related projects in the region including project performance
