Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Director of Distribution Excellence (DDE) for the National Redistribution Center (NRDC). This role will serve as a key business partner to regional and site leadership, driving the prioritization, execution, and sustainment of high-impact initiatives that improve operational performance, standardization, readiness and long-term business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of distribution operations knowledge, program/project leadership, process transformation, cross-functional collaboration, data-analytics mindset and change management expertise. This leader will help shape and guide strategic efforts across the network by identifying opportunities, aligning stakeholders, managing competing priorities, and ensuring initiatives are executed effectively and consistently across sites.
