Director of Customer Service

Reporting to the MD of a product‑led, £150‑200m turnover business, you will lead the end‑to‑end customer and consumer‑experience teams across customer service, sales order processing, product training, quality, technical support, logistics and supply chain.

Due to product innovation the business is expecting an exciting journey of growth, making the customer experience critical to its success.
