Job Description

Linum Consult’s client is urgently seeking a bilingual Arabic- and English-speaking Director of Construction Services to oversee their portfolio in different countries, to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working at a corporate level, you will be responsible for managing and helping to grow the Construction Services projects across the Middle East

  • Overseeing the company’s Construction Management projects, and providing technical and managerial guidance

  • Bringing in more construction projects for the company

  • Growing and maintaining a large client base

  • Recruiting and managing staff

    • PROFILE

  • Degree qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architectural Engineering, or similar subject, with certifications of CAPM & PMP from the PMI

  • 15 years of experience in Construction Management for large infrastructure, public, and municipality projects
