This is a role for a leader who sees the bigger picture and understands how to turn it into meaningful, measurable impact. You will guide the commissioning of high quality, value for money services that enable people to live well, independently and with dignity. Your leadership will influence the full commissioning cycle, from understanding local needs and shaping the market, to ensuring that services are safe, sustainable and aligned with the aspirations of our residents. You will also oversee our in house provider services, ensuring they operate to the highest standards and continue to evolve in line with national expectations and local priorities.
