POSITION SUMMARY
LeTourneau University seeks a mission-driven and results-oriented Director of Admissions to provide strategic and operational leadership for undergraduate admissions operations and enrollment growth initiatives. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President for Admissions, the Director of Admissions leads the day-to-day management of the admissions counseling team while advancing institutional enrollment goals through relationship-centered recruitment strategies, data-informed decision-making, and exceptional service to prospective students and families.
The Director will play a key leadership role in strengthening partnerships with Athletics, Student Financial Services, and campus visit operations to create a seamless enrollment experience from inquiry through matriculation.
