Description The Director of Accounting is a newly created, high impact role reporting directly to the Controller. This leader will play a critical role within the accounting organization and will have significant visibility across senior and executive leadership. The Director will oversee financial reporting, technical accounting, and compliance requirements, including ownership of the Company’s annual tax and audit processes.

The ideal candidate brings strong MSO (Management Services Organization) experience, with exposure to Variable Interest Entity (VIE) structures and joint venture (JV) accounting, paired with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities:
