**Position Overview:**

Provides executive-level perioperative nursing and administrative leadership at Sutter Santa Rosa Regional Hospital, a nationally ranked, high‑performing surgical center known for exceptional clinical quality, surgical outcomes, and patient experience. Oversees multidisciplinary perioperative teams across inpatient, outpatient, and procedural areas, establishing standards for safety, efficiency, and operational excellence.
