**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As our Director of Nursing (DON) at CHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson, you will help shape the future of nursing care within our organization so you can empower dedicated nursing professionals and champion patient well-being in our community.

Every day you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all nursing services to ensure clinical excellence and innovative care delivery.
