**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As our Director of Nursing at Mercy Hospital, Council Bluffs, IA, you will contribute by strategically planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining patient care programs, policies, and management systems across assigned departments and campus.

Every day you will lead the integration of services to ensure patient-centered care, drive quality and cost-effective improvements, and serve as a role model for ethical management.
