Lead enterprise‑wide transformation execution with Orthopedics separation in APAC, enabling the broader MedTech Supply Chain (MTSC) transformation agenda. Act as the enterprise transformation integrator for APAC J&J MedTech and orchestrate cross‑functional execution, governance, deployment prioritization, and alignment across strategic supply chain initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional orchestration supporting Orthopedics separation readiness and stabilization, ensuring effective and timely handover to the new Orthopedics supply chain.
• Manage key dependencies across supply chain, logistics, ERP, planning, commercial, and finance teams; drive enterprise issue/risk escalation and mitigation.
