What is the opportunity?

The incumbent will be a leader with strong business and financial acumen who is able to steer the business to meet its vision, mission and long-term goal. The role will support the Head of Client Operations Malaysia and be a part of the Senior Management Team in Malaysia. The candidate will have a lead role in supporting both daily operations and global strategic initiatives which will involve interacting with other CACEIS offices and various product lines within the organization for the key APAC/Europe market and clients.

Responsibilities

• Ultimately accountable for providing operational excellence around day‑to‑day activities & production goals of Market Solutions, ensuring all services to our Clients in APAC/Europe meet set standards and objectives.
• Collaborate with Product, Global Client Coverage, Group Risk Management and Front Office to deliver enhanced client experience.
