They currently act for 40,000 clients on the occupier side and have a team of business development executives providing a unrivalled work flow of lease consultancy instructions to their team of 10 specialists across the UK

Working as part of a team providing expert advice on landlord and tenant matters, including lease events (rent reviews, lease renewals, break options) and technical interpretation of lease terms. The role of Director requires a solid understanding of property law principles, valuation methodologies, and market dynamics to deliver strategic solutions for clients.
