We are looking for a Director, Learning & Development to join our IP team in Noida to lead the end‑to‑end strategy, design, and execution of capability‑building programs across the IP Segment. This role will own the vision, design, governance, and impact of learning across the full colleague lifecycle—from foundational onboarding to advanced applied capability through IP Academy and associated initiatives.
The role will ensure that colleagues across Product, Content, Commercial, Technology, Operations, and Customer‑facing teams develop the IP fluency and applied skills needed to deliver on Clarivate’s IP growth strategy.
