A healthcare employer is hiring for a Director of IT Operations who will lead the IT infrastructure engineering roadmap execution for projects at 110 practice locations in Florida. Those practices were recently acquired with significant technical debt. Immediate priorities may include redesigning a data center which needs 2/3 of its servers to be decommissioned and replaced before end of year, migration to Zoom, Windows 10-11 refresh, rearchitecting citrix, among other major priorities. This person will manage 3-5 direct reports.

The Director, IT Operations will provide strategic and hands-on leadership of the Florida practice's IT Operations function, including the management of the Orlando datacenter, and infrastructure management at all 100+ practice locations.
