Job Description

Position Summary: The Director, IT Applications provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the IT applications team and is responsible for design, development, implementation, support, sustainment, and continuous improvement of the JDE Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) systems and applications.

  • Description of Essential Job Functions:
  • Contribute to and execute the enterprise application strategy aligned with business objectives and IT roadmap.

  • Oversee the lifecycle of enterprise applications (ERP and supporting applications), including performance, security, and maintenance.

  • Supervise, mentor, and lead the IT applications team. Coordinate and prioritize day-to-day team assignments and project tasks.
    Provide training to team on ERP and MES systems skills – setup, problem solving, functionality, etc.
