Labcorp is seeking a **Director, Innovation and Process Improvement** for our Revenue Cycle Management Division in Burlington, North Carolina.

**WORK SCHEDULE**

Monday–Friday standard business hours with flexibility required during peak project periods, executive reviews, system releases, or transformation milestones.

**WORK LOCATION**

This hybrid position offers a balanced schedule of three in-office workdays at our Burlington or Durham, NC locations and two remote workdays per week, supporting both collaboration and flexibility, with occasional onsite meetings and leadership sessions (generally less than 10% travel).
