• IT Strategy & Operations
  • Oversee all technology operations including infrastructure, networks, security, core systems, and end‑user technology.
  • Define, implement, and maintain IT policies, standards, and governance aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Ensure IT systems are secure, reliable, compliant, scalable, and operating to expectations.
  • Evaluate existing systems and identify opportunities for upgrades, optimization, or new technology solutions.
  • Manage IT budgets, forecasting, and expenditure reporting to executive leadership.
• Business Systems Leadership
  • Lead the strategy, implementation, enhancement, and support of enterprise business systems supporting Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR, and Customer Success.
