What you will do

You’ll own the full marketing motion for Lighthouse’s independent hotels segment – globally. This is the part of our business that scales through volume, velocity, and smart targeting, and it’s where AI changes everything. You’ll lead a small team of marketers, set the channel strategy, and build the demand engine that converts independent hoteliers into Lighthouse customers across NAM, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.

What makes this different: we’re an AI‑first marketing organization. You’re expected to build with AI tools – build landing pages, enrich data, route leads, draft nurture copy, and run experiments overnight.
