**Director, Human Resources**
**Position Summary**
+ 100% onsite
Catalent’s Winchester location is the flagship US manufacturing location for large scale oral dose forms, with integrated analytical and development services. With 28 years of expertise in product development, technology transfers and commercial manufacturing, and roots in industry-leading Glatt technology.
The Director, Human Resources is the senior HR leader for the site and a core member of the Site Leadership Team, accountable for a comprehensive people strategy that enables safe, compliant, right first time manufacturing and customer service levels in a fast paced CDMO environment. The role is responsible for helping to build a succession ready talent pipeline, providing support to the General Manager and Site Leadership Team, and ensures disciplined execution across workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance, rewards, employee relations, culture, and change leadership.
