**Job Summary**

As a member of the leadership team for DRS Daylight Solutions the HR Director manages human resources activities in compliance with Company philosophy, objectives and legal requirements. Recommends and leads the implementation of HR programs, policies, procedures, and practices that focus on attracting, retaining, and developing the employee base for DRS Daylight Solutions. Coordinates activities closely with other HR team members across the businesses. The HR Director will report directly to the Senior Vice President/General Manager for DRS Daylight Solutions
