Our organization is seeking a strategic and proactive Director of Human Resources to lead and manage all HR functions in support of our business objectives. The successful candidate will oversee the development, implementation, and administration of comprehensive human resources programs. This leader will ensure regulatory compliance, drive talent initiatives, manage employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, HRIS, and oversee a culture of excellence and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop, implement, and maintain organization-wide HR policies and procedures aligned with strategic objectives and a positive culture.
