**Work Location & Flexibility:**
_This position is eligible for remote work anywhere within the United States. However, candidates who reside within a commutable distance to our corporate headquarters in Saint Petersburg, FL (including the Tampa Bay area) will follow a hybrid work schedule, typically requiring 2–3 days per week in the office._
The **Director of HR Project Management** leads the delivery of complex, enterprise-scale HR initiatives by serving as the primary project management leader for the function. Accountable for establishing and maturing project management practices across HR, this role ensures disciplined execution, alignment to strategic priorities, and successful delivery of transformational efforts such as HR M&A integrations, and other critical transformative initiatives.
