TheDirector and HR Business Partnerwill provide consultative and strategic support and service to executive level business leaders to support the development and delivery of people solutions that align to the vision and strategies of the company.Reporting to the AVP Human Resources Business Partner, the Director and Human Resources Business Partner will work directly with senior executives within Workplace Benefits & Retirement (SVP and VP level roles). This role is required to service client groups that are more complex where the AVP leader requires senior level support to effectively manage the portfolio.ResponsibilitiesProvide HR related advice and coaching to assigned client groups and business leaders (typically ranging from VP to SVP level) on matters related to HR policy or practices, workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, compensation, structures and organizational effectiveness, employee engagement etc.Provide overall day to d...
