This role reports to the Group Chief Financial Officer (GCFO) and is responsible for leading funding, provider payment models, and financial systems transformation across the cluster. The role oversees the development, implementation and evaluation of funding and payor payment models to promote right‑siting of care to support population health management and care transformation, ensuring long‑term financial sustainability and alignment with national healthcare financing priorities. The role drives the design and implementation of mission‑based budgeting, to better understand and allocate resources for the various missions.
