As Viatris continues to expand its portfolio of innovative and value‑added medicines, we are seeking a strategic and experienced Market Access leader to drive our efforts across two key Latin American markets: Brazil and Mexico. This Director‑level role will lead Market Access in one primary market (Brazil preferred) while also overseeing and supporting Market Access strategy in Mexico. In addition, the role may contribute to coordination across the broader Latin America region, ensuring alignment of strategies and sharing of best practices. The role is critical for driving national strategies for pricing, reimbursement, and market access across the full product lifecycle—from pipeline to post‑launch optimization—while enabling functional integration and a shared resources model across markets.
