Director, GRDS will act as Program and Strategy Lead to drive Business Operation Transformation initiatives such as developing and implementing a Resource Management Ecosystem roadmap, creating a playbook for seamless end‑to‑end clinical trial budget development with external biotechs, and leading related projects to advance business strategy.

Essential Functions

• Lead program and strategy management for business transformation initiatives.
• Develop and implement the Resource Management Ecosystem roadmap.
