CSL is seeking a Director Non-Clinical Due Diligence & External Evaluations to provide scientific leadership for nonclinical due diligence supporting in‑licensing and acquisitions. The role involves leading complex evaluations and mentoring junior staff.

Applicants should have a Ph.D. or equivalent in a relevant field, with 10+ years of nonclinical development experience, preferably in due diligence. The position requires onsite presence in Zurich three days a week, with opportunity to be based in Waltham, USA as well.
