to improve efficiency, strengthen governance, and enable scalable growth. The ideal candidate brings expertise in

workforce planning, capacity management, utilization, revenue forecasting, and delivery performance tracking .

Preferred Experience
20-22 years of experience in Delivery Operations, Global Operations, Delivery Excellence, Workforce Management, or related operational leadership roles within IT services organizations
Strong experience managing delivery operations at scale across large global teams
