Global Standards: Shape and implement unified global business standards, policies, and best practices fully aligned with CGM’s strategy.
SAP Transformation: Take end-to-end responsibility for the SAP CX Suite transformation, ensuring optimal integration, data quality, and process automation.
Process Excellence: Design and continuously improve best-in-class processes (Finance, Procurement, HR, Supply Chain, CX) to create measurable business value.
