Key Responsibilities

• Talent Identification & Acquisition – Identify and sign emerging artists globally.
• Creative Development & Artist Strategy – Collaborate with producers, songwriters, artists to shape musical vision and mentor artists.
• Project Management & Oversight – Manage producers, songwriters, budgets, timelines, oversee studio shoots, and ensure efficient project execution.
• Market Analysis & Industry Trends – Monitor emerging trends, recommend strategic adjustments, and engage on social media.
• Global Impact & Branding – Execute strategies for global exposure, collaborating with marketing, PR, and other departments.
