JOB SUMMARY

The Director of Food & Beverage Business Development drives strategic growth by leading third-party R&B partnerships, executing F&B repurchase program and establishing centralized cloud kitchen supply chains to maximize increase revenue and operational efficiency in Greater China. The role is also to focus on strategies to grow F&B revenues to enable the department to utilize the funds to add resources, based in mainland China either Shanghai, Guangzhou, or Beijing office. 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education & Experience

  • At least 2 years’ degree from an accredited university, in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related major is preferred.
  • 10 years’ experience in the food and beverage and generally in hotel operations in all levels of the operation and preferably a deep knowledge and understanding of global food & beverage conc...
