**GENERAL OVERVIEW:**

This position is responsible for system-wide leadership of facility operations, maintenance, and energy strategy, including energy management and building performance optimization, operations and maintenance of facilities, work order management, accreditation standards, management of human resources, and budget management. It ensures consistency and compliance across a range of healthcare sites by developing and implementing strategies for an effective facilities management program.
